Hope's 5th Birthday
Bluey Party! Hope wanted a "Duck Cake" like the one from her favorite show, Bluey, so as a result, she had a Bluey themed birthday party. The kids played What's the Time Mr. Wolf, Pass the Parcel, and Magic Xylophone, got their face painted, got to smash the Chattermax piñata, and eat whatever they desired at the food table. Hope received some wonderful presents from her friends. Although she was a bit overwhelmed with all the people at her party, she had a great birthday. Hope wanted to have her face painted like a tiger because that is what Bingo chose to have painted on her face by McKenzie's mom in the show Bluey. I asked my friends with older daughters if any of their girls would like to be a face painter at Hope's birthday party, and so many of them sad yes, happily.
